The bulk of my web career has been for the UK government, leading projects to produce solutions for internal audiences that support wider communication strategies.
I can work on my own to design and produce a site but I also really enjoy working alongside creative designers to implement their ideas.
When I work I usually hand code the structure and populate content using Dreamweaver before testing (and then refining code!) using Firefox, IE and Netscape.
I am an IT professional and believe this should be reflected in my work so if you ever meet me, you will probably hear me extolling the virtues of the semantic web or analysing what makes a good user experience.
Am I a perfectionist? Maybe. Am I good at what I do? Definitely.
